Once a Month Cooking Links

So I was looking around on Christy's Clipart OAMC site and I saw that she has a new little OAMC class video that you can download. I thought it was pretty cool. I taught an enrichment on "once a month cooking" a year and a half ago and I would've loved to have seen this little video first. It has some great tips I hadn't thought of, like freezing your frozen crockpot kits in gallon size ice cream containers. That's such a great tip. Anyways I thought I'd pass on the link here.
